Introduction to Business Strategy; Industry and Firm Analysis - Industry, Organization, Stakeholders, Market Environment Analysis; Formulation of Business Policy and Strategy; Evaluation and Choice of Business Policy;
Strategy Alternatives and Selection; Competitive Dynamics - Game Theory; Corporate and Global Strategy; Strategy Implementation. Case Analysis -The cases are about real world business situations, which provide an opportunity to apply the concepts, discussed in class as well as further develop ability to think about business strategy.
